Processing Time
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed, carefully packaged, and prepared for shipment.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. During launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
U.S. Standard Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Once your order has been shipped, please allow approximately 5–8 business days for delivery.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Express Shipping
Need your order sooner? Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge.
Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Please note that our 1–3 business day processing time applies before shipment, including orders placed with Express shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your package has been accepted by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
